SBAR Clinical Handover and case preparation guidelines
Dear Students,
Following last week’s theoretical lecture on the SBAR form, this week we will move on to practical training and case analysis as follows:
1. Instruction & Form Completion:
Watch the instructional video provided via the link below to understand how to correctly complete the SBAR form.
2. Group Task (Sub-groups):
Each sub-group will receive a specific medical case.
Fill out the official template based on the four core components of SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation).
Each group will present their case to another group so everyone benefits from different scenarios.
3. Lab Report Submission:
After the presentations, submit the completed SBAR form as your practical Lab Report to the instructor.
